A folder on your PC
Sermons, lessons, the calendar, and the attached files live in a folder on your PC. There is no cloud account.
For pastors and teachers
MinistryBase is a Windows app that keeps your sermons, Sunday School lessons, Wednesday studies, and articles in one library on your own computer. Find a message by title, scripture, or tag. The manuscript stays with it. Sunday is already on the calendar.
Saturday afternoon
You are looking for the sermon on mercy. You type a few words. There it is: the date you preached it, the passage, and the file. Sunday is already on the calendar. Wednesday’s lesson is in the same library, still with its series.
01 — The library
Sermons, Sunday School, Wednesday Bible study, and articles sit together. Filter by the kind of message, or by a tag you actually use, such as Baptism, Holiness, or Prayer.
02 — The week
The calendar shows what you prepared, and when you delivered it. Month, week, and day are all there. Color marks sermons, Sunday School, Wednesday study, and articles, so a glance tells you how the month has been spent.
03 — The record
An entry holds the title, the date, the scripture, and the files. Mark one file as the manuscript you actually preach from. Open the Word document or the PDF from the entry.
Your old folders can stay where they are. The copy you need is attached to the message.
04 — On your computer
Ministry content is sensitive. MinistryBase keeps the library in a folder on your PC. We do not receive it.

The installer is free for personal and church use. After it is installed, the app does not need a connection, and it does not check in with us.
Each save keeps a backup. MinistryBase holds the 10 most recent. You can also export the whole library, files included, as one zip and put it wherever you keep important things.
A place to write the sermon in the app, printable bulletins, and a prayer list are still being finished. The library and the calendar are what you can try first.
Leave your email. We will send one note when MinistryBase is ready to install on your PC. You will not get a newsletter, and you do not need an account to ask.
