Terms of Use
MinistryBase is free for most pastors and small churches. Larger churches need a one-time license. The full terms are in the license agreement you accept when you install the app.
Who may use it for free
- Anyone, for personal, non-commercial use.
- Pastors, teachers, and staff of a church with 100 or fewer people in regular attendance, and the church itself.
Churches with more than 100 people in regular attendance
At a church with more than 100 people in regular attendance, each person who uses MinistryBase needs a paid license: a one-time fee of US $101 per user. For example, two pastors who both use it need two licenses, $202 in all. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.
To get the license, email [email protected] with your church's name and how many people will use it. Using MinistryBase at a church of that size without a license for each user is a violation of the license agreement.
What you may not do
MinistryBase is proprietary software. You may not copy, sell, share, modify, or reverse engineer it, except as the license agreement allows. Download it only from the official Releases page.
Your data
Everything you enter stays on your own computer and remains yours. See the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
MinistryBase is provided as is, without warranty. Keep your own backups. Settings, Backup and Restore exports your whole library as one file.
